I can at least understand those that have been following the rules being very tired at this stage and that's going to be our next real problem I think. The ones that haven't cared are being more blatant about it and the ones that have been trying are just exhausted to either be less vigilant or will start doing more. That being said, I'm so sick of the approach taken to this by a lot of media. You've got the right wing media pretending this whole crisis is in the rearview mirror, which is obviously just flat out retarded when we've still got ~800 people dying every day and millions of people are still out of work. But this left wing media is being disingenuous as well, it's just harder to spot. First, the good news: In 24 states, the number of new coronavirus cases decreased this past week compared to the previous week. Now, the bad news: In many of those states, testing has also decreased. It drives me nuts because here in the Midwest some states have some of the highest % infection rate per 100,000 people, and some of the lowest testing. But since the population is so low it looks like we're doing better than states like CA and TX, when in reality we're just as bad and probably haven't seen the worst yet since most people still think the virus is overblown.
