I work in food service at a hospital and there are all sorts of people who don't wear their masks properly (yes, even doctor's and nurses. I know.) I put on a nice voice and ask them to please pull up their mask and tug on the top of mine so they know what I mean in case they can't hear me. If they get upset I just tell them "oh I thought you knew it slipped!" Just remember that you'll always get huffy people who have no sense of preservation (YES. EVEN DOCTORS AND NURSES. I KNOW.) If you're polite and ask then most people will be fine with the reminder. And if they are mad?

In a friendly voice: Excuse me, would you please put your mask on so it covers your nose too? Maybe you feel it's annoying and unnecessary for yourself, but I have a vulnerable health, so I can't take risks. And I don't have a car, so I have no other option to take this train today.
